The Friends of Nathaniel Witherell, Inc, a 501 (c) (3), non-profit organization, conducts a full array of fundraising activities to support the work of The Nathaniel Witherell: a 202 bed Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center operated by and located in the Town of Greenwich, Connecticut.

Set on 24 beautifully landscaped acres in the heart of Greenwich, The Witherell’s skilled professional staff provides high-quality, long-term skilled nursing care, short-term physical rehabilitation, and specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

The Witherell cares for many of our community’s most vulnerable and frail elderly. It has been awarded the highest possible score (five stars) from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for its quality healthcare delivery and services.

The Friends’ fundraising programs support a wide range of services and programs, both critical and innovative, which benefit each and every resident of The Nathaniel Witherell.  The Friends’ mission is to support The Witherell through philanthropy to ensure it maintains its position as one of the premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in this region.
